Guy is an international executive who has lived on four continents and brings over 25 years of professional experience, starting from corporate line management to top-tier management consulting leadership in the U.S., Europe and China.
Guy is founder of Bouchet & Company, prior to which he was Senior Partner with Colehower & Company, an international executive search firm. Before this, Guy was Vice President of A.T. Kearney, where he led Greater China operations based in Shanghai. He started his career in the glass manufacturing industry with Companie de Saint Gobain, where he held progressive positions in sales & marketing in France and manufacturing operations management in Italy.
Guy has extensive experience in multiple industries, including automotive, heavy machinery and process manufacturing, fast-moving and durable consumer products, medical devices, and retail.
He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BS in Economics from the University of Poitiers, France.
